Aleesha was able to be recognized as the most effective female professional bodybuilder during the latter portion of 2010. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. Her father, along with her siblings, played hockey on ice, however her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer as well as basketball until she started fitness at 15. Aleesha received her professional certificate after she won the NPC USA Championships 2014 However, she began competing in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she ranked 9th. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was consistently improving her performance since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had the best WOS rising-phoenix show as she was ranked fourth. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus in bodybuilding because of medical reasons.
